Terms of service.

Who we are. Church Flow (Pty) Ltd, South Africa, operates church-flow.com and the Church Flow platform. These terms cover the church that signs up for a workspace and the people that church authorises to use it.

Subscriptions. Plans are billed in South African Rand via Paystack, monthly or annually, after a 30-day free trial. You can change plans or cancel from your account page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, except where a billing error on our side is confirmed; those are refunded automatically.

Messaging credits. Messaging credits are prepaid: top-ups are not refundable to your card; balance corrections are made as credit adjustments by Church Flow support.

Acceptable use. The platform is for legitimate church and ministry administration. Workspaces used for unlawful activity may be suspended.

Connected social accounts. Church Flow Social lets your church connect its own YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and Google Business Profile locations through each platform's own consent screen. Content you compose, schedule and publish through Church Flow stays your church's own content, and your church remains responsible for following each platform's own terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Church Flow dashboard, and what we do with the data from a connected account is set out in our privacy policy.

Mobile app add-on. Churches that buy the Mobile App add-on are also covered by the add-on terms, which set out the once-off setup fee, the store accounts and what happens to a published app if the add-on ends.

Your data on exit. Export your data at any time. After cancellation, we purge our copy after the 90-day retention window.

Service. We operate the service with reasonable skill and care.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
