Two big-name platforms first: one never built for South Africa, the other needing a technician just to keep it running.
Check-in was the Sunday-morning bottleneck, and month-end meant reconciling exports from three different tools.

The church brought people records, check-in, follow-up pipelines and giving administration into Church Flow.
Care teams use assigned follow-up, families can use self-service check-in, and finance works with statements, payouts and pledges in the same platform.

We ran the big-name platforms first. One was never built for South Africa, and the other needed a technician just to keep it running. Since follow-up moved into pipelines, our care team has reached every single visitor.

Built inside a local church
We built this because we needed it.
We helped run a growing church on the big international platforms. One was never built for South Africa: no local payments, no local languages, and half of it out of reach. The other could do anything, if you had a full-time technician to make it. We still forgot people. Volunteers still burned out doing what software should have done.
Church Flow is what we wished existed. The platform we built for our own staff, refined in production Sunday after Sunday, now offered to yours.

An export from Planning Center, ChurchTrac, Excel or Google Sheets is all you need. Get stuck on something unusual in your data? Email us and a real person will help you through it.
Your church owns its data, full stop. Export your people, giving and attendance any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period, take everything with you, and we purge our copy after the 90-day retention window. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your account page in one click. Annual plans exist for one reason only: they're two months cheaper.
