One Church Flow subscription covers all five ministry modules. An app add-on costs half your plan's price or more. Short links come with Growing (up to 300 people) and up, and your own web address with Thriving (up to 750) and up. Your messaging and payment providers bill their charges separately. And the database, the giving, the messages and the check-ins finally agree with each other, because they were never separate systems to begin with.

Too much work between systems.
Two big-name platforms first: one never built for South Africa, the other needing a technician just to keep it running.
Check-in was the Sunday-morning bottleneck, and month-end meant reconciling exports from three different tools.
02 · The approach
Bring the work around the person.
The church brought people records, check-in, follow-up pipelines and giving administration into Church Flow.
Care teams use assigned follow-up, families can use self-service check-in, and finance works with statements, payouts and pledges in the same platform.
03 · The result
Reached, greeted, reconciled.
Every visitor reached by the care team. No queue at the kids desk. Numbers that already agree at month-end.
We ran the big-name platforms first. One was never built for South Africa, and the other needed a technician just to keep it running. Since follow-up moved into pipelines, our care team has reached every single visitor.

Export your people and giving at any time. If you cancel, your workspace stays open to the end of your paid period, so you can export your records first.
Built inside a local church
We built this because we needed it.
We helped run a growing church on the big international platforms. One was never built for South Africa: no local payments, no local languages, and half of it out of reach. The other could do anything, if you had a full-time technician to make it. We still forgot people. Volunteers still burned out doing what software should have done.
Church Flow is what we wished existed. The platform we built for our own staff, refined in production Sunday after Sunday, now offered to yours.

Common questions.
Sign up and pick a plan, and your workspace is provisioned immediately. No card needed: you only add a payment method if you subscribe when the trial ends. Walk away before then and you pay nothing.
You do it yourself, with the import built into Church Flow. Connect your system or upload a file, match the columns, then review the rows before anything is saved. If your data is unusual, upload it and our team maps it for you to approve, free. The switching guide lists the systems that connect directly.
Your church does. To cancel, sign in at church-flow.com/account, open Cancel, tick the box and press Cancel subscription. Your workspace stays open to the end of your paid period, so you can export your records first. Then it is suspended with nothing deleted, and for 90 days our team can export everything for you or switch it back on.
No contract: monthly plans run month to month, and a year costs ten months' price, paid up front. Fees are not refunded, so you might start monthly.
Yes. The staff portal is mobile-first and works in any phone browser: check-in, serving schedules, giving and people lookups included. No install, nothing to update.
Subscriptions are billed in Rand. Congregational giving runs through your own payment provider account, so donations settle directly to your church. Church Flow never holds your money.
Under POPIA, your church remains the responsible party for its congregation's personal information, and Church Flow acts as an operator: we process it on your instructions, to provide the service, and for nothing else. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept separate from every other church's, and administrative actions are audit-logged. You can export it at any time.
