Built in South Africa · Priced in Rand

Church management software, built for South Africa.

Not an American platform with the dollar sign swapped out. Church Flow was built inside a South African congregation: Rand pricing, giving on local rails, WhatsApp where your people actually talk, and POPIA thinking from day one.

Giving · Paystack

Giving that settles to your church.

Online giving runs through your church's own Paystack account. Donations settle directly to your bank account and Church Flow never holds your money. We add no platform fee on donations; you pay only your payment provider's standard rates.

01

Your own merchant account

Connect your church's Paystack keys once. Every gift lands under your church's name, on your statement, on local rails.
02

Statements and pledges

Year-end statements, pledge campaigns, payouts and batch counting live in the same system as your people, in Rand.
03

Counting Sundays too

Cash and card-machine offerings are counted in batches with a clean audit trail, so the books agree at month-end.
04

No percentage taken

Your plan is the whole price. Church Flow takes no cut of congregational giving, ever.
Communications

WhatsApp is a channel, not a link.

Most church software treats WhatsApp as a "click to chat" button and walks away. Church Flow runs a shared WhatsApp inbox for your whole team: one thread per person, templates for the messages you send every week, opt-outs honoured automatically, and mass messages that follow WhatsApp's rules. See how the WhatsApp inbox works.

Reliability

Built for South African Sundays.

Load-shedding is a planning fact here. Church Flow assumes the power and the wifi will not always be there, and keeps Sunday moving anyway.

01

Your records live off-site

Everything is stored in a cloud data centre in South Africa, not on a computer in the church office. A power cut at the building touches nothing.
02

Check-in rides through drops

When the venue connection drops, kiosk check-ins queue on the device and send automatically the moment the connection returns. The queue is visible on screen, never silent.
03

Labels have a plan B

If the label printer is unreachable, kids' security labels can be emailed as a PDF instead, so pickup security does not depend on one cable.
04

Runs on phone data

The staff portal is mobile-first and works in any phone browser, so a venue with no wifi still runs check-in, people lookups and giving from a phone.
Data care

POPIA-first, because it is our law too.

Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit, every church's data is kept strictly separate, and administrative actions are audit-logged. We operate POPIA-first: your congregation's information is processed only to run your workspace, and you can export or delete it at any time. More on how we treat your data.

Pricing

Yes, with the built-in import tools on every plan. Upload a CSV, check the column mapping (common headers are matched for you), then review the rows before anything is saved.
