ChurchTrac counts every name you track, adults, children, members and donors: $29 a month covers 75 names, and unlimited names cost $119.

Online giving in rand
Gifts come in through your church's own payment account, with Paystack, Payfast or Peach Payments for rand. Church Flow adds no fee on donations. ChurchTrac's giving runs on a Stripe account, and the lower rate in their giving FAQ is for 501(c)(3) organisations, a US tax status.

Your team answers WhatsApp, SMS and email in one shared inbox, one thread per person, on your church's own WhatsApp Business number. ChurchTrac's two-way texting is Enhanced Messaging, a $7 a month add-on with 250 credits.
