Common questions.
When a family checks in, each child gets a printed security tag and the guardian gets a matching pickup code. At pickup, the codes must match, and volunteers can require a leader to verify anything unusual. Kids are linked to their guardians in the database, which is what makes the whole loop safe.
Check-in keeps moving. Kiosk check-ins queue on the device and send automatically the moment the connection returns, and if the label printer is unreachable, security labels can be emailed as a PDF instead. Your records live in a cloud data centre, so nothing at the venue can lose them.
