A real person replies within one business day. Please tell us your device (iPhone or Android), the app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when the problem happened; it helps us fix things faster.
Common things we can help with
- Signing in. Trouble with your email, password, one-time code, or sign-in with Apple, Google or Microsoft.
- Verifying your email or phone. If a verification code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us.
- Family & children's check-in. Adding family members, checking children in and out, and managing who may collect them.
- Giving. Questions about a gift, a receipt, or a recurring donation. Card payments are handled securely by Paystack; we can help you find and understand your giving history.
- Notifications. Turning reminders and updates on or off, on your device and in the app.
- Groups, messaging, prayer and notes. Anything that isn't behaving the way you expect.

About the apps
The Recore app is the mobile app of Recore Church. The Church Flow app is the shared church app of Church Flow (Pty) Ltd: you pick your church inside it and sign in with your usual details. Both run on the Church Flow platform, operated by Church Flow (Pty) Ltd. Support for both apps is provided at [email protected].
